AI fulfillment automation for an International Driving Permit platform
Built an AI-driven intake form that processes International Driving Permit applications end-to-end and hands the admin team a ready-to-process order — saving about two hours per IDP.
Challenge
Fast IDP was processing every International Driving Permit application by hand. Operators re-keyed customer details into multiple systems, validated documents one at a time, and routed each order downstream manually. As order volume scaled, the admin team became the bottleneck. They needed an intake pipeline that captured everything cleanly the first time and prepared the work for review rather than for data entry.
Approach
We designed an AI-assisted application form on Framer that captures customer details and identity documents up front, then runs a Make.com workflow that validates the data, drafts the permit request, persists everything to Supabase, and notifies the admin team with an order that is already prepped. Hosted on Vercel with custom code in the seams where the no-code tools fell short. The admin team now reviews and ships — the system does the data work.

Details
The brief was simple in one sentence and brutal in practice: take the admin team out of the data path. They were the slowest moving piece of a fast-growing business, and every new order added the same two hours of manual handling.
The build leaned hard on the no-code stack where it made sense — Framer for the customer-facing intake, Make.com for the orchestration, Supabase as the system of record — and pulled in custom code only where the no-code path couldn’t hold up. The result is a pipeline the team can actually own and extend without rebuilding it next year.
