Productize the AI Audit end to end: intake, a genuinely tailored questionnaire per lead (not a template), payment, deliverable generation, and delivery, all while keeping the promise that our team reviews everything before it ships.
Approach
A production funnel built into this site. Form 1 captures how the business runs. An AI engine drafts a deep-dive questionnaire written for that specific business, which we review and approve before it sends. Payment happens only after the customer has seen every question. Then the engine generates the deliverables (a 7-section report, slide deck, and prompt library) and a second human gate reviews the output before delivery. Around it: Stripe checkout, webhooks that self-heal if a payment event is missed, automatic reminders for half-finished runs, failure alerts, and full ad attribution. Built agent-operated and human-gated, then put through an adversarial multi-agent review before launch, where several plausible findings were killed on verification.
